About Karan Saini

He charged cases as a Prosecutor, now he takes them apart.

Read Karan's story
The insider advantages.

Why hire a former prosecutor?

Karan spent years inside the Stanislaus County District Attorney's Office. He knows how a charge gets filed, what evidence the DA needs for their case, and where a case is weaker than it looks on paper. It is the work he did every day for years, and now he uses it to destroy the DA's case.

He knows how the DA builds a case

Karan filed and prosecuted cases for the state. He knows what the DA needs to prove, what evidence they lean on, and where the case is thinner than it looks.

Real trial experience, early

He did jury trials as a law student and won. As a prosecutor he handled serious and violent felonies, including life-exposure cases.

Talk in your own language

Karan personally speaks three languages — English, Hindi, and Punjabi. The firm also offers services in Spanish. You explain what happened in the language you think in, not a translated version of it. One misread word can change how a case looks.

What happens when you reach out?

No mystery, no guesses.

You reach Karan or his office directly, not a screening service. We believe in perfect customer service. The consultation is free and there is no charge to talk your case through.

  1. 01/

    1. You reach out and explain what happened

Send a message through the form or call — either way you reach the firm directly. Lay out the arrest, the accident, the charge, or whatever brought you here.

  2. 02/

    2. Karan listens and tells you straight

We talk about what happened and you get an honest read on what you are facing and the deadlines that are already running.

  3. 03/

    3. You leave with a plan

By the end of the consultation, you know the next step, what the firm will do, and what you should do right now. No pressure, just a clear path.

Did you just get arrested?

Here's what you should do right now.

  • Stop talking about the case

Use your right to remain silent. Be polite, give your name, and do not explain or argue. If you give more information than you need, it may be used against you in court.

  • Do not consent to a search or sign anything

You can decline a search and decline to sign statements until you have spoken with a lawyer. Saying no is your right, not an admission.

  • Write down everything while it is fresh

Names, badge numbers, times, witnesses, and what was said. If you were in a crash, photograph it and get medical attention. Details fade fast, so act with urgency and get all the information you can.

  • Mind the deadlines

Deadlines approach quickly. If you know you need to get something done, see an attorney fast. The earlier you act, the better.

Did you just get injured?

Make sure to protect your claim.

  • See a doctor right away

Get checked out now, even if you feel fine — adrenaline hides injuries and many times you won't know you're hurt. Follow the treatment plan. Gaps and delays give the insurer a reason to say you were not really hurt.

  • Do not give the insurance company a statement

You do not have to talk to the other side's insurer or give a recorded statement. Anything you say can be twisted to shrink your claim. Let your attorney do the talking.

  • Stay off social media

Insurance companies comb through your posts and use them against you. One photo or comment can be spun to deny or minimize what you are owed. Say nothing about the accident online.

  • Save the evidence and watch the clock

Photograph the scene and your injuries, keep every bill and record, and get names and witnesses before they scatter. California limits how long you have to file — the sooner you act, the more you protect.
